ViVa La Taco is more than just a place to grab Mexican Food. It is an up & coming small business that is aimed at offering good, moderately priced & occasionally unusual dishes :)  together owners Keith & Kendra work daily to ensure that they serve a great product within the fast paced food truck environment. Having delt with the closing of Keith’s take-out business due to the hardships that the pandemic caused, the couple began researching different concepts. With minimal capital,  Keith’s previous food service experience, Kendra’s business background and a dream, they decided to take a risk and open a food truck. As Keith cooks up his specials & trains his employees to do the same, we hope the aroma from the truck will continue to bring people over to experience ViVa La Taco
